Nacho Timer Terms of Use

These terms cover the Nacho: Brush Teeth Timer app ("Nacho Timer") made by Avocado Orbit LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). Nacho Timer is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the terms below. If anything here conflicts with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement wins.

The Free App

The two-minute brushing timer and the rest of the app are free to download and use.

Nacho Pro Subscription

Nacho Pro is an optional auto-renewing yearly subscription. It unlocks any timer length from 30 seconds to 60 minutes and the timer presets.
The price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically each year at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current year. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current year.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions, or from Manage subscription in the app's parent settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Nacho Pro stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
With Family Sharing turned on, Nacho Pro can be shared with your family group.

Using Nacho Timer

Nacho Timer is a fun timer to help kids brush for two minutes. It is not medical or dental advice. Follow your dentist's guidance for your child's teeth.

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
