This policy covers the Nacho: Brush Teeth Timer app for iPhone and iPad ("Nacho Timer"), made by Avocado Orbit LLC ("we," "our," or "us").
The short version: Nacho Timer collects no personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party code. Nothing you do in the app is sent to us or to anyone else.
The app saves a few settings on your device so they are there next time:
These never leave the device. We can't see them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Nacho Pro is sold and billed by Apple through your App Store account. Apple handles the payment and does not give us your name, email address or payment details. The app asks Apple only whether the subscription is active on this device. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
Nacho Timer is made for kids, and it is built so that it collects nothing from them. We do not collect, use or share personal information from children, and the app does not contact them. Settings, purchases and links out of the app are behind a parent check. This meets the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's rules for the Kids category.
We have no personal information from the app, so we don't share or sell any.
If the app ever starts handling information differently, we will update this page and the date above before that version is released.
